📦 Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time
Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days
Express Delivery (Selected Pincodes): 2–4 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or festive seasons.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on prepaid orders above a certain value (as per ongoing offers).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.
You can track your shipment on our courier partner’s tracking page.
5. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure
If the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or failed.
Re-shipping charges may apply if the order returns due to an incorrect address.

1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement
You may request a return or replacement if:

2. Return Window
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Unused and in their original condition
With original packaging, tags, and accessories
Not part of any non-returnable list (see below)
4. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or special-order items
Products marked as Non-Returnable at the time of purchase

Choose Return / Replace
Upload images (if required)
Our team will verify and schedule a pickup
Pickup availability depends on your pincode. If pickup is unavailable, you may need to ship it back manually.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality check.
Refund modes:
Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method
COD orders: Refunded via Bank Account / UPI
Refunds typically take 3–7 business days after approval.
💰 Cancellations
Before Shipping
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After Shipping
Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
You may reject the delivery, but shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
